Simona Parvanova, the Leasing and Marketing Director of Trinity Capital participated at BalREc2023. She presented the newest project of the company Outlet Village Sofia, which will be opened in 2025.
The first outlet of its kind in Bulgaria is part of the expansion of the current Retail park Jumbo plaza, which is planned to be around 85,000 sq.m. GLA., which will also make it the largest retail park in the Balkans. The project was presented and received with great interest by all who attended the conference.
