Outlet Village Sofia, Bulgaria’s first genuine outlet concept, is strategically located at the gateway to Sofia, right at the junction of one of Bulgaria’s two main highways. The one-of-a-kind project in the region will be developed side by side with XOPark Sofia, the largest retail park in the Balkans. Together they will create the first power-shopping destination that covers the full spectrum of consumer demand, from everyday household needs to premium outlet fashion.
Outlet Village will feature around 40 stores on 8,500 sq m with a strong focus on fashion, sportswear, accessories, and home products.
Bulgaria’s first open-air outlet concept is set to redefine shopping in the region, synergising with XOPark Sofia retail park, and benefiting from the constant traffic of international travelers and domestic tourists.

Located at 11 Panairski Livadi Street in the town of Gotse Delchev, XOPark Gotse Delchev will offer around 16,000 sq.m of modern retail space and over 25 units, combining style, convenience, and variety.

XOPark Razgrad is the latest project in Trinity Capital’s. Located at 49 Aprilsko Vastanie Blvd., the retail park will offer approximately 36,000 sq m of modern retail space, bringing together leading international and Bulgarian brands.
