Boutique house at 9 Geneva St

The house was built in 1926 and reflects the rise of Neo-classicism in Europe during the 19th century, as inspired by Antiquity, Renaissance and Baroque and gave way to the next Secession style after 1890. The complete restoration dresses the house in a Neoclassical style with a contemporary resonance and modern architectural solutions using high-quality materials.

Boutique house at 10 Nikolay Pavlovich St

The house was built in 1925. The typology of the facade details was influenced by the late Secession (so-called strict modern”). The building has the typical architecture of a middle-class single-family residence, sustained in the style of its time and participating in a characteristic architectural ensemble. Nikola Ivanov lived in the house - a Bulgarian officer (infantry general), Chief of the Army Staff in 1894 - 1896 and Minister of War (1896 - 1913). He led the siege and capture of the Edirne Fortress in March 1913.
The famous Bulgarian actress Prof. Katya Zahireva also lived in this house for many years.
