Trinity Capital participated in MAPIC 2023, which took place on November 28-30 in Cannes, France. MAPIC is the leading international event for commercial real estate, bringing together retailers and brands from around the world.
Our team presented at the international level the new project “Outlet Village Sofia”, which will be opened in 2025 and will be the first outlet of its kind in Bulgaria. With its 7,600 sq m GLA, the Outlet Village will be a stylish complex with a variety of world-renowned brands, cafés, restaurants and leisure facilities.
The project was met with great interest, highlighting our commitment to innovation and excellence in commercial property development. It was a pleasure for the team to meet many international partners.
