XOPark – the new brand in the Trinity Capital portfolio.

At BalREc, the leading real estate forum, the event occurred on November 6th., our Chief Operating Officer Ivan Nachkov officially introduced the new brand that unites Trinity Capital’s assets in the retail park segment – ​​the XOPark brand. Haskovo and Yambol have just been rebranded, Plovdiv with its 2,200 sq m extension is underway, and Jumbo Plaza in Sofia’s rebranding with its 25,000 sq m extension is scheduled to take place in Q2 2025.

As revealed, Gotse Delchev is next in our expansion roadmap, being a smaller town with less options for locals to shop and entertain on one hand, and with potential for business growth and rewarding results for retailers on the other.
