Park Center Sofia Joins the Portfolio of Trinity Capital AD

The acquisition of Park Center Sofia, Bulgaria’s first Western-style shopping center, has been successfully finalized.
The asset has been acquired by Trinity Capital AD in partnership with Hus Ltd. The two companies — both leaders in their respective segments of the Bulgarian real estate market — are joining forces, combining resources and expertise, driven by a shared belief in the untapped potential of the shopping center.
Park Center Sofia, which first opened its doors in spring 2006, is located at a prime central location — the intersection of Arsenalski Blvd. and Cherni Vrah Blvd. in the heart of Sofia. The mall offers convenient access on foot, by car, or via public transport, including the subway.
With a gross built-up area of 46,000 sq. m, 22,000 sq. m of leasable area, six levels, and 350 parking spaces, Park Center Sofia stands out as the only shopping center in the capital with direct access to a park — making it a preferred destination for families and people with an active lifestyle.
The new owners are expected to capitalize on this unique advantage, further enhancing the visitor experience and reaffirming Park Center Sofia’s position as one of the city’s most dynamic and distinctive retail destinations.
