Trinity Capital has officially started construction of XOPark Gotse Delchev, the sixth project in the national XOPark retail park network. The new retail park is expected to open in autumn 2027.
XOPark Gotse Delchev will be strategically located at the first roundabout at the entrance to the city from the direction of Bansko. The project will offer approximately 16,000 sq m of retail space, more than 25 retail units and 460 parking spaces.
A key partner in the project is Kaufland, which will open its first store in Gotse Delchev, covering approximately 3,800 sq m. This marks the second joint project between Trinity Capital and Kaufland, following their successful partnership at XOPark Sofia.
XOPark Gotse Delchev will bring together a diverse mix of established international and Bulgarian brands across fashion, sports, footwear and accessories, home goods, furniture, beauty and other categories. The concept will also include food and beverage venues, services and leisure areas.
With this project, Trinity Capital continues to expand its portfolio of modern retail destinations across Bulgaria, creating a new destination for shopping, services and leisure for residents and visitors of the region.
