The first phase of the expansion of the largest retail park in the Balkans is now a reality. The results of our team’s hard work and dedication over the past several months are beginning to take shape.

As of March 12, Kaufland Bulgaria — the first Kaufland store to open within a retail park in Bulgaria — is now welcoming customers at XOPark Sofia!
Other major retailers such as Lilly Drogerie, KiK, TEDi, and H8S have also opened their doors as part of the first wave of stores in XOPark Sofia’s expansion.
