Trinity Capital has officially broken ground on its new retail project – Outlet Village Sofia, the first open-air outlet village in Bulgaria. The project is set to open its doors to all lovers of quality lifestyle deals by the end of 2026.
Scale and Concept
Outlet Village Sofia will feature 8,500 sq. m of retail space, including 40 stores designed as part of a shopping promenade inspired by the charm of the French Provence.
A 1,200 sq. m family restaurant will be located on the second level, while 1,800 parking spaces will provide convenient access for visitors from both Bulgaria and abroad.
Strategic Location
The project is strategically positioned at the entrance of Sofia, at the key junction connecting the Sofia Ring Road, Hemus Highway, and Botevgradsko Shose Blvd. – one of Bulgaria’s two main motorway corridors.
With over 24 million vehicles passing through this intersection annually, the location ensures a steady flow of both local visitors and international travelers.
Three direct access points from the surrounding road network provide fast and easy entry to the complex.
In Synergy with XOPark Sofia
Outlet Village Sofia is designed to develop in synergy with XOPark Sofia – the largest retail park in the Balkans, which currently attracts more than eight million visitors per year.
Together, the two projects will form a comprehensive retail complex spanning over 100,000 sq. m, covering the full spectrum of consumer demand – from everyday shopping needs to premium outlet collections from leading international lifestyle brands.
